1. within 24 hours of completion of checkout, a member of the minmaerke team will be in contact by email to advise next steps and to issue your brand survey.

2. at completion of survey, a footprint review is completed within 3-7 days. during that time, our team may be in contact to request additional information to assist with our review. 

3. we book a consultation time to review your results, and to take you through a comprehensive professional branding strategy session. 

4. your profesisonal brand toolkit is issued.

5. your brand strategy plan and action plan is issued by email post consultation.

6. access continues to support and consultation services for 90 days post checkout.
