process:
1. within 24 hours of completion of checkout, a member of the minmaerke team will be in contact by email to advise next steps and to issue your identity survey.

2. at completion of survey, a draft identity profile is created within 3-7 days. during that time our team may be in contact to request additional information to assist with our review. 

3. we book a consultation time to review your results online. 

4. visuals are redrafted as required.

5. your identity toolkit with all the required digital files is issued by email for use in your personal / professional brand strategy ongoing.

* privacy is paramount at each stage of the audit process. our team will ensure your privacy remains a priority, and all information shared within the audit process remains private.  
* the survey is required to be completed in full for continuation of remaining audit services.  
* whilst we will do everything we can to provide a consultation time that suits you - there may be limited places and consultation times - these are subject to availability.
* correspondence and consultations are completed online and through video conferencing services. 
* subject to your preferences additional services may be recommended by the minmaerke team. you are however not obliged to proceed with any of these services. the brand audit is an introductory service designed as a starting point for your personal branding journey - not a complete personal branding solution.
