what you need to know:
* privacy is paramount. our team will ensure your privacy remains a priority, and all information shared within our branding process remains private.  
* customised personal branding services are considered on a case-by-case basis. a request for our customised services is an application requiring approval. 
* whilst we will do everything we can to provide a consultation time that suits you - there may be limited places and consultation times - these are sometimes subject to availability. as part of a customised agreement, we can negotiate requirements for consultation and access. 
* correspondence and consultations are primarily completed online and through video conferencing services. in the event client preference requires in person consultation - all costs associated with the consultation are billed at client expense. 
* subject to your preferences, additional services may be recommended by the minmaerke team, however you are not obliged to proceed with any of these services. customisation services can be adjusted by negotiation. 
* product offering and pricing for all or individual services may change at any time without notice, except in the case of an ongoing agreement - limited to a period of 12 months.
