[authenticity] you say ?

it is an often misaligned reality between where we aspire to be and where we truly are. the balance between seeking approval from a fickle audience and expressing the way you feel can be a challenging road.

it takes many of us a lifetime to develop the confidence to drown out the noise, and choose the path to authenticity.

in personal branding terms, the ability to authentically portray yourself and resonate with an audience is a far more satisfying process than the burden of meeting unrealistic expectations or the status quo.

find your tribe with authenticity...

an audience of like-minded people tend to gravitate to relatable, realistic stories. in a world where perception is often not reflective of reality, the right audience is looking for something they relate to.

the essence of a tribe is 'belonging to a group or family'.

perfection isnt usually good - its okay to be vulnerable, to be human and to be real. people connect with, follow, employ and learn from humans with life experience - not robots. they trust humans with real stories and believable experience. in that respect an authentic brand stands strong in the face of scrutiny, and cuts through the noise of millions of embelished, fake and constructed brand facades.

authenticity is a mindset...

often an honest self-assessment, or peer assessment is the best form in which to start to understand who you really are and what you represent. by being honest with yourself and harnessing the power of a positive mindset - belief in yourself and your outlook is the catalyst for communicating true brand value. confidence in your inherent value, and consistent communication of those values will result in an authentic representation of you as a person. believe in yourself and have a mindset that supports the value of you.

new school of thought...

previous incarnations of personal branding 'experts' were often orientated to a 'successful' image crafted by and administered by societal expectations. both for themselves, and for you. at minmaerke we have adopted the new school of thought that authenticity, not a cookie-cutter approach drives personal branding effectiveness. rather than donning the colored suit and speaking words of wisdom at seminars and events - we work with you and guide you through the process of developing your brand story. rather than seeking accolades and accepting awards - we help you position your personal branding strategy effectively. its no more complex than supporting you to tell and amplify your unique story.
